Les Bugattis de Michel Dovaz ("Sleeping Beauties")

Hi,

Who can tell me any details about the Bugattis that have been part of the collection Dovaz ("Sleeping Beauties") in the 1980s ?
--Owners, history and photos before 1983 ?
--Owners, fate and photos after 1986 ?
--Actual photos (restored) and owners ?

According to my information there have been nine Bugatti in this collection in the early 1980s:

there is a picture of the 57407 Fontana coupe in the book Une vie pour Bugatti from Yan Verdier
Fontana is that the former owner or the coachbuilder??

yes, you are right with the two chassis numbers. My mistake, I tried to remember them without looking them up ... didn't work :-)))

Fontana was a swiss coachbuilder. Do you know anything about 57407 or any of the other cars ? I have the photo from the book you mentioned, but I don't where the photo was taken. It was taken in 1993, perhaps after the auction in Lyon !? It wasn't taken at Novo. At least Novo didn't restore the car.
